Log into your Showplace account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
